In June 2019, John V. Mallon was elected as President-Elect of the New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA), and Nicole R. Cassata was appointed as a NJDA Director.

Partner Maria P. Vallejo was elected to a second term on Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey's (APALA-NJ) Board of Directors on June 14, 2019.

Robert A. Cappuzzo and Richard W. Fogarty will be speaking at the 2019 PIP/No Fault College, a seminar presented by leaders in the field of insurance law to educate attorneys on strategies, case law, and rules in PIP and no fault insurance law.

In the matters of Allstate v. Pleasantdale Ambulatory Care a/s/o T.N. v. Allstate, (BER-L-5311-18, 9/17/18) and Allstate v. Palisade Surgery Center a/s/o A.J. v. Allstate, (BER-L-4163-18, 10/3/18), Richard W. Fogarty succeeded in overturning Forthright arbitration awards in favor of ASCs for surgical procedures represented by CPT codes 63020 and 22554, respectively.

Thomas A. Morrone and Richard W. Fogarty Successfully Defend Jury Verdict in Appellate Division

Richard W. Fogarty successfully defended an appeal in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division on behalf of a driver insured by Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company.
