Nicole R. Cassata and Richard W. Fogarty, will be presenting at an ICLE Seminar entitled “Keys to Handing the PIP Case” on April 4, 2019. Ms. Cassata will be moderating the program, discussing handling of PIP arbitrations and participating in a mock arbitration hearing. Mr. Fogarty will be giving a presentation on PIP coverage and eligibility issues.
