John V. Mallon Sworn in as President-Elect and Nicole R. Cassata Appointed as Director of New Jersey Defense Association

In June 2019, John V. Mallon was elected as President-Elect of the New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA), and Nicole R. Cassata was appointed as a NJDA Director. John has served as the NJDA Northern Vice President since 2013, and Nicole has served as the Chair of the NJDA’s Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Committee. The NJDA establishes a communication link among New Jersey defense attorneys, insurance claim professionals, self-insurers and other corporations who devote a substantial portion of their time to the defense of damage suits or to claims administration. The NJDA also encourages the prompt and fair resolution of claims, as well as the enhancement of the knowledge and skills of defense attorneys through various educational and legal programs.
