Thomas B. Hight

Thomas B. Hight brings over 37 years of extensive litigation experience in premises liability, insurance coverage, products and automobile liability cases to Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC Insurance Defense Department.

Thomas served as former President and Chairman of the Board of New Jersey Defense Association (“NJDA”) and currently serves on the NJDA Board of Directors. He was a lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He was also the recipient of the Exceptional Performance Citation by the Defense Research Institute.

Thomas received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from C.W. Post College, Long Island University. He received a Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington School of Law in 1986 and served as a Dean’s Fellow in the Public Interest Clinic.
