Kristen Ottomanelli

Kristen Ottomanelli is a civil litigation attorney concentrating her practice in personal injury protection (PIP) arbitration and workers’ compensation defense. She also brings substantial experience in general litigation and healthcare debt recovery, as well as criminal defense, securities litigation, and the development of legal content for online publication.

Before joining the Firm, Kristen represented hospitals and medical providers in collection actions in the Division of Workers’ Compensation and the Superior Court of New Jersey, at a boutique New Jersey law firm.

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude from William Paterson University in 2011 and her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2014.

Kristen is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She has been recognized in the New Jersey Super Lawyers® Rising Stars® list since 2019.
