Meet Thomas M. Brogan
Thomas M. Brogan is a litigator, presently focusing his practice in the areas of land use, property tax appeals and general litigation.
Prior to joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, Thomas successfully litigated hundreds of collection matters, comprising a variety of pre-trial and post judgment situations. He has a proven record of success in obtaining summary dispositions, arbitrations, trial verdicts and post-judgment resolutions. Thomas has also litigated several personal injury cases to verdict.
Thomas received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He subsequently worked as an electrical engineer designing and developing patented electronic technology for military and commercial avionics testing equipment and applications. He has also written extensively regarding the fundamentals of digital and computer electronics and lectured as a member of New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Mathematics Department in the topics of calculus, pre-calculus, statistical analysis and operations research.
In 1993, he received a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law.
As an active member of the bar, he has been a speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars regarding Special Civil Part litigation.
