Nathan Lam

Nathan Lam is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on insurance coverage and defense litigation. He represents clients in a range of complex litigation matters, drawing on experience in trucking litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, commercial litigation, and appellate matters.

Prior to joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, Nathan represented corporate clients in litigation matters and worked closely with claims professionals and expert witnesses. His experience also includes serving as a Law Clerk with Asatrian Law Group and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Joseph R. Rosa, Jr. (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County. Nathan regularly appears in court and arbitration proceedings and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to navigating litigation matters on behalf of his clients.

Nathan is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Seton Hall University. Nathan is also a member of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey (APALA-NJ).
