Meet Kirstin Bohn
Kirstin Bohn is a civil litigation attorney focusing her practice on complex commercial, governmental, civil rights, labor and employment, contract, and appellate law. Since joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC in 2006, she has successfully represented counties, municipalities, public authorities, and individuals in both prosecuting and defending claims.
Kirstin was named to the Rising Stars® list, published by Key Professional Media, Inc. and reported by New Jersey Monthly Magazine in the category of General Litigation for ten consecutive years (2010-2019).
Before joining the Firm, Kirstin served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Hector R. Velazquez, Superior Court, Hudson County Vicinage, and as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of New York, where she assisted in federal criminal prosecution of major crimes, with an emphasis on Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and organized crime cases.
