Joy C. Lee

Joy C. Lee is an Associate at Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, where she focuses her practice on Education Law.

Before joining the Firm, Joy developed a strong foundation in education and public interest law through positions with Good Counsel Services, Inc., the Education Law Center, the New Jersey School Boards Association, Zeta Charter Schools, and the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Magali M. Francois in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Joy earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, she was actively involved in the Tax Law Society and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA) and served as a Pro Bono Clinic Volunteer with the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York (KALAGNY).

She received her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Education, from Rutgers University, where she was recognized as a Dean’s List honoree.

Joy is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
