David A. Lamparello is a motivated and dedicated attorney whose practice focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial litigation, and governmental defense. Before joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, David served as a judicial law clerk to the Criminal Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of Hudson County, the Honorable Mitzy Galis-Menendez, P.J.Cr. After completing his clerkship, he became an Assistant Prosecutor with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
David began his prosecutorial career in the Juvenile Unit, where he handled hundreds of cases involving weapons offenses, homicides, sexual assaults, robberies, arson, and other serious crimes. He was later assigned to the Pre-Indictment Unit, where he was responsible for evaluating all non–domestic violence arrests in Passaic County. He then transitioned to the Trial Unit, where he took on a significant caseload, prosecuting and trying cases involving attempted homicide, robbery, aggravated assault, weapons possession, and other violent offenses.
David earned his J.D. as a member of the inaugural class of Penn State Law in 2018. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Public Relations, and Criminology from Pennsylvania State University in 2015.
