Colin McNamara

Colin McNamara is an attorney with experience in commercial and securities law, including securities litigation and arbitration, as well as corporate and real estate matters. His background also includes judicial experience in the New Jersey Superior Court’s Chancery Division, where he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Costello.

Prior to joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo PC, Colin reviewed pleadings, drafted motion memoranda, managed the court docket, and communicated with litigants during his clerkship. This experience provided him with insight into judicial decision making and the procedures that guide litigation.

Colin earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where he served as a member of the Law Review and Dean’s Leadership Council, participated in the Center for Business and Financial Law, and worked as a Contracts Teaching Assistant. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Montclair State University and is pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center. Colin is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
