Brianna C. Martins

Brianna C. Martins is a civil litigation attorney practicing in the areas of governmental law, commercial law, appeals, zoning, land use and redevelopment. Prior to joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, Brianna served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Mitzy Galis-Menendez, P.J.Cr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division in Jersey City, and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Kimberly Espinales-Maloney, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division in Jersey City.

Brianna obtained her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as a Treasurer of the Public Interest Network, a member of the Tax Law Society, and a Research Assistant to the Assistant Dean of Student Services. During law school, she also interned with the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, and a small New Jersey law firm.

Prior to law school, Brianna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware.
