Ashley E. Morgan

Ashley E. Morgan is a civil litigation attorney focusing her practice on representing governmental entities and individuals in labor, employment, Title 59, and construction code matters.

Prior to joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, Ashley was an associate at a New Jersey law firm where she handled a wide variety of cases, including civil rights litigation, estate planning/administration, family law, and municipal court matters. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Keith A. Bachmann, J.S.C., Criminal Division, Bergen County Vicinage.

Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Political Science, and Philosophy from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.
