Robert A. Cappuzzo will be the moderator/speaker and Nicole R. Cassata will be a speaker at The Latest Developments in PIP Practice: An Important 2020 Update, a webcast presented by leaders in the field of insurance law to educate attorneys on new strategies, case law, and rules in PIP and no fault insurance law. Mr. Cappuzzo will give opening remarks and speak about ethical issues in handling PIP disputes. Ms. Cassata will discuss developments in drug testing.
