Maria P. Vallejo to Speak on COVID-19 Legal Issues

On Monday, July 27, 2020, commercial litigation and land use partner Maria P. Vallejo will be speaking as part of an esteemed panel, tackling the various legal malpractice issues that have emerged during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Specifically, Maria will be discussing and providing practical advice on how attorneys can try to avoid potential ethical issues related to communications and interactions with clients, adversaries and the Court during the pandemic.
The Webinar program, which will be held on July 27, 2020, at 12 noon, has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. All of those credits qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
