During the program, Judge Bariso and Judge Olivieri addressed law clerks as they prepare to transition from their clerkship to the next stage of their legal careers. As part of a discussion titled, “What I Wish I Knew Then That I Know Now,” they shared practical insights and professional advice drawn from their extensive experience on the bench and in the legal profession.

The discussion emphasized the importance of civility in the practice of law, the value of building and maintaining professional relationships, and the benefits of active involvement in local and state bar associations. Their remarks encouraged attendees to approach their careers with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to meaningful engagement within the legal community.
