Education Law Attorney (Entry-Level to Mid-Level)
About The Job
Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC is seeking an attorney to join our Education Law practice. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
What You’ll Do
You will work closely with experienced practitioners on a broad range of education law matters, including:
- Advising school boards and administrators on day-to-day legal issues
- Handling student-related matters, including discipline and special education disputes
- Counseling on personnel and labor issues
- Drafting and reviewing policies and governance documents
- Representing clients in administrative proceedings and litigation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Demonstrated interest or experience in education law, public entity work, or administrative law
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound professional judgment
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000–$160,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. New Associate or Mid-Level Attorney with a Focus on Public Entity and Private Litigation, Land Use, and Policy-Related Matters

Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC is seeking a full-time associate or mid-level attorney to join our team. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and bring 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience or a judicial clerkship.
What You’ll Do
This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong interest in public entity and private litigation, land use, and policy-related work. The successful candidate will be eager to engage deeply in these areas, contributing to a diverse and meaningful caseload. Excellent writing, analytical skills, and sound judgment are essential.
Compensation & Benefits
