Cheyne R. Scott’s article “Mindfulness: A Simpler Way to Alleviate Attorney Stress” was recently published in the July/August 2017 issue of the American Bar Association’s GP Solo magazine.

In this article, Cheyne openly discusses her challenges with stress and anxiety as a result of her legal practice and how using mindfulness techniques such as meditation decreased her stress levels, increased her work productivity and improved her professional and personal relationships.
