We are pleased to announce that Mark Niedziela, Ashley E. Morgan, Gina Riccardi, and Vincent A. Ferrara have joined the Firm as associates.
Mark obtained a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude degree from The Catholic University of America and a Juris Doctorate from St John’s University School of Law. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an Assistant Prosecutor with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Trial Unit for 4 years, and clerked for the Honorable Walter F. Skrod, J.S.C., Civil Division, Bergen County Vicinage. Mark will be practicing in the areas of insurance defense and coverage and civil litigation, representing insurance companies and their clients in tort-based liability matters.
Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. She then clerked for the Honorable Keith A. Bachmann, J.S.C., Criminal Division, Bergen County Vicinage and was an associate at a New Jersey law firm where she handled a wide variety of cases, including general litigation, estate planning/administration, family law, and municipal court matters. Ashley will be assisting governmental entities and individuals with civil litigation, focussing on labor, employment, and landlord/tenant law.
Gina obtained a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude degree from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an Assistant Deputy for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Division of Mental Health Advocacy in Newark where she represented indigent clients at involuntarily civil commitment hearings and guardianship proceedings. Gina will represent the residents of Union City in tenant advocacy matters.
Vincent received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude degree from Montclair State University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to joining the Firm, he clerked for the Honorable John A. Young, Jr., J.S.C., Criminal Division, Hudson County Vicinage. Vincent also interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, Healthcare Division, and for the Honorable James X. Sattely, J.S.C., Criminal Division, Bergen County Vicinage. He will be focussing on representing commercial and governmental clients in civil litigation.
