Raymond J. Seigler chairs the firm’s labor and employment department, leading the firm’s representation of clients in matters related to discrimination, sexual harassment, unlawful retaliation, non-compete agreements, executive compensation, wage and hour issues, breach of contract, family leave, whistleblowing, civil rights violations, and COVID-19 policy.

In addition to litigating cases in state and federal court, Raymond provides counseling and advice to the firm’s management clients on matters concerning company policies and procedures, training of employees and sensitive internal corporate investigations.  Raymond also has extensive experience representing employees, executives and businesses in the negotiation of employment contracts and severance agreements.

Raymond presently sits on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Labor and Employment Section. He is a current member of the NJSBA, the Hudson County Bar Association, the NJSBA Equity Jurisprudence Committee, and he is a Master in the Sidney Reitman Labor and Employment Law Inn of Court.

In 2021 and 2022, Raymond was named to the Super Lawyers® list published by Key Professional Media, Inc. and reported by New Jersey Monthly Magazine to its Super Lawyer® list in the field of Labor & Employment Law. From 2014 to 2018, Raymond was in Key Professional Media's Rising Stars® list in the category of Labor & Employment Law.

From 2020 through 2022, Raymond was recognized by Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Labor & Employment Litigation.
