Neil B. Fink

After a long career as a sole practitioner in Jersey City, Neil B. Fink has become Counsel to the Firm.  Neil was a member of our firm for a few years in its earliest days as an associate when the firm was Warren Chasan Leyner & Holland.

Neil had a successful solo practice in Jersey City for several decades.  His areas of expertise include wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, chancery and estate litigation.

He has tried cases of serious injury before Judges and Juries in the New Jersey State and Federal District courts and in the New York Supreme Court and Federal District Court resulting in several million dollar settlements for his clients.

Neil was named as an outstanding lawyer in 1985 when given a prestigious “AV” rating by Martindale and Hubbell, the highest rating a lawyer can have.
