Mohamed T. Hegazi

Mohamed Hegazi is a civil litigation attorney with Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, focusing his practice on commercial litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Mohamed served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Martha D. Lynes, J.S.C.  As a Law Clerk, Mohamed was responsible for mediating eviction actions filed by Landlords against Tenants. Mohamed also assisted Judge Lynes in resolving Law Division motions, including motions to dismiss in employment disputes and motions for summary judgment in personal injury actions.

During law school, Mohamed interned with the Hon. Patty Shwartz, United States Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for the Hon. Christine M. Vanek, J.S.C, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part.

Mohamed obtained his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and a juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mohamed is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association.
