Maxwell J. Merker

Maxwell J. Merker focuses his practice on representing private and public clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Maxwell served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Darren J. Del Sardo, P.J.Cv. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division in Passaic County, where he assisted in complex construction matters, employment claims, personal injury & medical malpractice claims, and landlord tenant matters.

Maxwell obtained his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of The Rutgers Law Record Law Journal and as a Civil Procedure Teaching Fellow under Professor John Leubsdorf. During law school, he also interned for the Hon. Randal C. Chiocca, P.J.Ch. and Hon. Marilyn C. Clark, P.J.Cr. (Ret. on Recall). Max earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Policy Studies from Syracuse University and is a member of the Passaic County Bar Association.
