Mark Niedziela

Mark Niedziela is a civil litigation attorney practicing in the areas of insurance defense and coverage and civil litigation, representing insurance companies and their clients in tort-based liability matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mark served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Trial Unit for 4 years, and clerked for the Honorable Walter F. Skrod, J.S.C., Civil Division, Bergen County Vicinage. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude degree from The Catholic University of America and a Juris Doctorate from St John’s University School of Law.
