Kelly A. Weber is a civil litigation attorney practicing in the areas of insurance defense and coverage and civil litigation, representing insurance companies and their clients in tort-based liability matters.

Kelly obtained her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2017, where she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Distinguished Service to the Moot Court Board Award. While attending Charles Widger School of Law, Kelly served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus and as a member of the Villanova Law Moot Court Executive Board. Kelly was a semifinalist in the 2015 Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition and a quarterfinalist in the 2016 John J. Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Competition. 

During law school Kelly worked as a Criminal law professor’s research assistant and interned for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.  She also worked as a law clerk for a Pennsylvania law firm and as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable G. Michael Green in the Court of Common Pleas 32nd Judicial District for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  In 2014, Kelly graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English.

Prior to joining CLMC, Kelly clerked for the Honorable Anthony V. D’Elia, P.J.F.P. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County Vicinage.
