Joseph P. Baldofsky is an Associate of the Firm and focuses his practice on representing boards of education. Prior to joining the Firm, Joseph was a Legal Intern for the Chief Counsel's Office of New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy.

Joseph attended Rutgers Law School, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Law Record, as a student attorney for the Rutgers Federal Tax Law Clinic, and as an Eagleton Graduate Fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics. During law school, Joseph was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Julien X. Neals, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Joseph has been serving on the Fair Lawn Board of Education since 2022 as an elected trustee, and is currently the Vice President of the Board.  In 2022, Joseph was a recipient of The Congressional Award Gold Medal, which recognizes outstanding initiative and service.

Prior to his legal career, Joseph worked in county government as a Confidential Aide to the Bergen County Executive and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from The College of New Jersey.
