Erin Jensen is an Associate of the Firm and focuses her practice on representing municipal governments and boards of education.
Prior to joining the Firm, Erin served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Stacey D. Adams, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. She also clerked for Judge Adams at the Monmouth County Superior Court in the Family Part and Civil Division.
Erin earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board, and as a student attorney for the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic. At Seton Hall, she received multiple honors, including Best Oral Advocate for Petitioner in the Eugene Gressman Intra-scholastic Moot Court Competition and the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Award for her contributions to the Family Law Clinic. Erin was a quarterfinalist in the 2022 National Health Law Moot Court Competition, held at Southern Illinois University School of Law. She also worked at a boutique New Jersey law firm and interned for the Honorable Russell Passamano, J.S.C. (Essex Vicinage) and the Honorable Stacey Boretz, J.S.C. (Union Vicinage).
Prior to her time at Seton Hall, Erin interned for the Honorable Thomas Moore, P.J.Civ. (Essex Vicinage).
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Monmouth University, where she was a member of the Tau Sigma and Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Societies, and received Political Science Department Honors.
