David A. Lamparello

David A. Lamparello is a civil litigation attorney with Chasan, Lamparello, Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, focusing his practice on governmental and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, David served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Mitzy R. Galis-Menendez, P.J.Cr., Hudson County Vicinage and as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Juvenile Unit and Pre-Indictment Unit of the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office. He obtained a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Public Relations and Criminology from Pennsylvania State University. While attending Penn State Law, David interned with the Firm.
