Catherine R. Salerno

Catherine R. Salerno is a civil litigation attorney practicing in the areas of litigation and governmental law. She represents private and corporate clients, public entities and individuals.

Prior to joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, Catherine served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Brian Martinotti, United States District Court, Essex County, New Jersey.  

Prior to her legal career, Catherine worked as a Social Media Associate for a New York based designer where, among other things, she assisted the legal team in identifying trademark infringement and protecting brand intellectual property. Before that, she also handled marketing efforts for a major New York City law firm and a New Jersey based law firm.

Catherine obtained her juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Fordham University.  While in law school, she received two merit-based scholarships, the Chancellor Scholarship and the C. Kushner Companies Foundation Scholarship.
