Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo Welcomes Three New Partners

Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC is pleased to announce that Ellen Camburn, Michele DeLuca, and Drew Krause have been named Partners to the Firm. These appointments are effective July 1, 2024.

As a trial attorney, Ellen specializes in the representation of defendants in civil litigation. Her practice includes insurance coverage disputes. Also, Ellen is a respected family law practitioner. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Women’s & Gender Studies Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University, and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law. In addition to her commitment to the practice of law, Ellen displays leadership in the legal community as a past President and present Trustee of the North Hudson Lawyer’s Association, as a member of the New Jersey State Bar, Hudson County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Defense Association where she co-chairs the Philanthropy Committee.

Michele represents private and corporate clients, municipalities, and individuals in a wide range of complex commercial matters, business, breach of contract, employment disputes, civil rights and constitutional actions, environmental litigation, and construction defect matters. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Magna Cum Laude from York College of Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Notably, Michele has successfully litigated countless matters from case inception to verdict passionately representing client interests.

Drew worked at several esteemed New Jersey law firms where he practiced general litigation, personal injury defense, and products liability. He also served as principal of Ridge High School and Vernon Township High School prior to joining our Firm in 2020. He obtained a Bachelor of Economics from Columbia University, and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Drew also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics from Montclair State University, and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Walden University. Drew is a highly respected and experienced civil litigator focusing his practice on governmental and education law.
