Insurance Defense Associate

Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC (“CLM&C”), seeks a full-time associate attorney to join its Insurance Defense Department. Candidate must be an active member of the State of New Jersey in good standing (New York license a plus), having completed a judicial clerkship.

CLM&C is an 80-person, diversified law firm, located in Secaucus, New Jersey, with practice areas that include, but are not limited to, business and corporate law/litigation, employment/labor law, insurance defense, land use/zoning, public entity defense, family law, appeals and real estate/transactional law. The Firm and many of its attorneys have received the highest rating for legal ability and ethical conduct, and is looking to maintain its reputation and high standards of professional excellence.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience, must possess excellent communication and writing skills, be proficient at legal research, and have the ability to handle assignments and meet deadlines with minimal to moderate guidance.
