H. SCHNEIDER, JR.
Walter Schneider has been associated with Chasan Leyner & Lamparello, PC, for over five years and has a broad range of experience in the defense of public entities, insurance companies and individuals in the Superior Court of New Jersey and Workers’ Compensation Court. His clients include the County of Hudson, Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners, Township of North Bergen and North Hudson Regional Fire & Rescue.
Walter has an extensive background in insurance defense and civil litigation. He has successfully defended clients in twenty personal injury trials in the Hudson, Bergen and Passaic Vicinages of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has conducted over a thousand depositions and defended clients in over four hundred arbitrations.
Walter graduated from Boston College in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He received his juris doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995. Walter subsequently served as Law Clerk of the Honorable Joseph T. Ryan, J.S.C., in the Hudson County Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
