R. ONSDORFF
Kim Onsdorff has been associated with Chasan Leyner & Lamparello, PC for over twenty-five years and he concentrates his practice in personal injury, insurance coverage, workers compensation and defense litigation. Kim has an extensive background handling defense claims for insurance companies and public entities. He also has a long history of representing commercial entities in New Jersey Mass Torts Litigation including Asbestos and Fire Resistant Plywood.
Recently, he handled in excess of 60 workers compensation claims on behalf of respondent for a major pharmaceutical company plant closing to conclusion. For many years, he has worked to moderate uninsured and underinsured motorist arbitration awards on behalf of the claimants’ insurance carriers.
Kim is proud to have been privileged to serve on the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District IV Ethics Committee from 1988 to 2002.
