ANN M. MERRITT
Ann M. Merritt practices in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation and also appears regularly before the National Arbitration Forum on PIP matters. Ann has an extensive background handling personal injury matters and medical malpractice defense claims. She has been successful handling medical malpractice claims for defendants and plaintiffs, liability premise cases, U.S.C. Section 1983 Civil Rights matters and numerous premises and automobile accident cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
Ann received public acknowledgment when she settled a U.S.C. Section 1983 Civil Rights case on behalf of a plaintiff against the Township of Milburn and Milburn Police Department. The matter received front page coverage in the New Jersey Law Journal, in September 2003 and was also published in Jury Verdict Reports.
