Michael A. Cassata practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation. He also appears regularly before the National Arbitration Forum on PIP matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an Assistant Prosecutor for the County of Hudson. He has successfully tried cases to verdict in Superior Court involving criminal matters including armed robbery, aggravated assault, carjacking, kidnapping and felony drug offenses as well as successfully prosecuting homicide offenders and career criminals. Michael has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division on matters involving excessive sentences and retroactivity.
