Reginald Jenkins, Jr. provides counsel to municipal, corporate and private clients in all aspects of redevelopment, real estate, land use and zoning.  He has handled numerous applications and appearances before state and municipal land use boards and agencies on behalf of corporate clients, and specializes in site acquisition, leasing, contracts, zoning, permitting, post-approval compliance, and other matters.

Reginald also specializes in commercial litigation matters in Federal and State court at the trial and appellate level. He handles all aspects of drafting and negotiation in a wide range of commercial contracts and related documents, landlord/tenant matters, creditor’s rights matters including collections, foreclosures actions, and bankruptcy.

Additionally, Reginald represents employers and management in employment matters. He also handles matters relating to telecommunications and intellectual property.

Reginald is a graduate of Wesleyan University and Brooklyn Law School.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, The United State Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court of New Jersey, The United States Southern District of New York, and The Eastern District of New York 

Reginald is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Garden State Bar Association.  He currently sits on the Boards of Trustees for Community Options, Inc., the Urban League of Essex County, and Independence: A Family of Services, Inc.
