Raymond J. Seigler

Raymond successfully represents clients in all areas of civil law, and presently focuses much of his practice on employment and civil rights litigation, representing both employers and employees.  He also represents and advises Chasan Leyner & Lamparello’s public entity clients in matters involving the New Jersey Open Public Records Act and the United States Freedom of Information Act. 

Raymond presently represents North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue, Hudson and Bergen counties, the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission, the township of Secaucus and the city of Hackensack, as well as several other municipalities and numerous private clients, including Toys “R” Us, Inc. and Toyota Logistics Services, Inc. He also provides advice and counsel to employees in the negotiation of employment and severance packages with their employers. 

Prior to joining the firm, Raymond served as law clerk to Hon. Alvaro L. Iglesias, Superior Court, Law Division, Hudson County Vicinage.
