Philip W. Lamparello is a business litigator with experience in a range of complex commercial matters.  Capitalizing on his prior experience in real estate development, Phil’s practice is focused on real estate, land use, development, and construction.  On the construction side, he has counseled clients on transactional matters as well as contractual disputes involving terminations, liens, surety bonds, extra work claims, defective work claims, scheduling and delays.

In addition to his construction practice, he has actively managed matters involving public bidding, municipal and local government law, commercial lease litigation, shareholder and limited liability company litigation, business torts, breach of fiduciary duty actions, malpractice/professional liability litigation, employment actions, commercial receiverships and internal investigations.  He also has substantial experience in emergent and expedited proceedings involving injunctive relief and serving as local counsel in multi-party litigations.

Prior to working at CLMC, Phil worked at two Am Law 200 New Jersey based law firms.  Phil clerked for former Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Roberto A. Rivera-Soto, J.S.C., earned his juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
