Kathleen  Lang

Kathleen practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation, specializing primarily in personal injury protection (PIP) litigation and arbitration.  She regularly appears before the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) to arbitrate personal injury protection (PIP) matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen was the managing No-Fault attorney with the firm of Bauman, Lynnes & Viscomi, house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where she handled a large volume of PIP arbitrations venued in National Arbitration Forums and Superior Court.  After completing a Superior Court Clerkship for the Hon. Peter Boggia, in Bergen County, Kathleen joined Harwood Lloyd as an associate, specializing in insurance coverage and  defense litigation for several insurance carriers.
