John M. Tuntevski

A civil litigator, John focuses his practice on automobile negligence, premises liability and insurance coverage disputes.  He has successfully defended numerous personal injury cases and property damage claims, and argues before both the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court.  He has argued successfully for both appellants and respondents in the Appellate Division and also appears regularly before the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) to arbitrate personal injury protection (PIP) matters.

John served as law clerk to Hon. Dennis F. Carrey III, Superior Court, Civil Division, Essex County Vicinage, and as a judicial intern to Hon. Dennis M. Cavanaugh, United States District Court, New Jersey.
