Daniel practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation. Daniel’s practice area focuses on representing clients in No-Fault arbitrations involving claims for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.  Daniel is well versed in pharmaceutical claims having saved the firm’s insurance clients over $1,000,000 on pharmacy claims.

Daniel also served as President of the Bergen County Bar Association-Young Lawyers’ Division from 2014-2015.  Daniel also served as Trustee to the Bergen County Bar Association from 2015-2016.  Daniel remains an active member of the Bergen County Bar Association and Hudson County Bar Association.

In January 2015, Daniel was appointed to the Borough of Paramus Board of Adjustments, where he served as Vice-Chairman until April 2018.

Daniel has also lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) where he has presented on pharmaceutical claims, as well as, claims involving the interplay between the Automobile Cost Reduction Act (AICRE) and Medicare.  Most recently Daniel participated as a speaker in seminars titled "Complex Issues in PIP" and "PIP No-Fault College". 

Prior to joining Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, in 2010, Daniel represented GEICO Insurance Company, serving as in-house-counsel for the company's PIP department.  Prior to serving with GEICO, Daniel was law clerk to Hon. William R. DeLorenzo, Jr., Superior Court, Family Division, Bergen County Vicinage.
