Daniel R. Lagana

Daniel practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation, concentrating primarily in personal injury protection (PIP) litigation and arbitration.  He regularly appears before the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) to arbitrate personal injury protection (PIP) matters.

Prior to joining Chasan Leyner & Lamparello, PC, in 2010, Daniel represented Geico Insurance Company, serving as in-house-counsel for the company's PIP department.  Prior to serving with GEICO, Dan was law clerk to Hon. William R. DeLorenzo, Jr., Superior Court, Family Division, Bergen County Vicinage.
