Michael D. Witt recently co-presented a webinar lecture for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The lecture, entitled “Labor Law for Municipal Attorneys,” explored recent developments in collective bargaining between government entities and labor unions. The lecture was part of a series sponsored by the NJBSA’s Local Government Law Section, for which Michael serves as Vice Chairman. Michael has also given talks on responding to Federal regulatory inspections, Ethics and the New Jersey Open Public Records Act. Michael has been invited by the Somerset County Clerks Association to lecture on Ethics for Local Government Officials, to take place in mid-September.
