Over the course of its five decade journey to becoming the largest law firm in Hudson County, Chasan Leyner & Lamparello has endeavored to maintain the collegial atmosphere of a small firm by avoiding a rigid organizational and departmental structure and by encouraging an open door and access policy to every attorney.  That, together with our reputation for ethical, efficient and effective lawyering and coupled with our encouragement of attorney participation in bar association, professional organization as well as governmental, civic and charitable activities is responsible for the quality of the representation provided to our public entity, private business and individual clients.

The Firm’s measured and steady growth is due, in no small measure, from our recruitment of associates following their judicial clerkships.  Several of our Partners first began their legal careers as Summer law clerks and then returned to the Firm following their clerkships.
