MARK S. HANNA

Mark S. Hanna practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation. He also appears regularly before the National Arbitration Forum on PIP matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was an Assistant Prosecutor for the County of Hudson, assigned to the Special Victims Unit. In that capacity, he has successfully handled numerous criminal matters in the Superior Court including armed robbery, burglary, kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and career criminal cases. Mark also served as law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. DePascale, J.S.C., Hudson County.
