RICHARD W. FOGARTY
Richard W. Fogarty practices in the area of insurance defense, insurance coverage and civil litigation. Rich appears before the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) regularly to arbitrate Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matter. A portion of Rich’s practice is also dedicated to Appellate and Supreme Court work and he has argued successfully before the New Jersey Appellate Division.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. Fogarty served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the
Honorable Daniel P. Mecca, P.J.S.C. in Bergen County.
