MICHAEL J. CUELLAR
Michael J. Cuellar concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation. He has tried several jury and non-jury trials to conclusion,
focusing on automobile and premises liability matters.
Michael also regularly arbitrates PIP matters before the National Arbitration
Forum (NAF) and concentrates his PIP practice on SIU and insurance fraud
related claims.
Prior to joining Chasan Leyner & Lamparello, Michael served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Bariso, Jr. , P.J.Cv. in Hudson County.
