Zoning, Land Use and Redevelopment

The Firm is experienced in a wide range of land zoning matters, both on behalf of applicants and governmental entities.  Our file serves as counsel to local land use boards and governmental entities on pending development applications, Master Plan revisions, redevelopment plans and in related litigation matters.

We also represent individual property owners and corporate development clients in the preparation of applications for site plan, variance, re-zoning, subdivision and redevelopment approvals and work in coordination with development professionals, including architects, engineers and planners.  Our attorneys offer zoning due diligence, evaluate the feasibility of a project and also represent applicants before local planning boards, boards of adjustment and other governmental authorities and in litigation related to land use and development.  Attorneys with familiarity in zoning prepare developer agreements and provide guidance on business transactions and leasing, construction agreements and litigation.
