KIRSTIN BOHN
Kirstin Bohn practices in all areas of litigation, focusing on commercial, personal injury, governmental, civil rights, labor and employment, contract and appellate law. Since joining Chasan Leyner & Lamparello in 2006, she has represented a number of counties, municipalities, public authorities, and individuals in both prosecuting and defending claims involving these areas of law.
Kirstin serves as Special Housing Counsel for the Township of North Bergen. In that capacity, she prosecutes illegal housing and occupancy cases, and appears before the Hudson County Construction Board of Appeals. Additionally, Kirstin represents the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners in matters arising under the Federal Clean Water Act and the New Jersey Water Pollution Control Act.
Kirstin is the Municipal Court Chair of the Hudson County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
Prior to joining Chasan Leyner & Lamparello, Kirstin served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Hector R. Velazquez, J.S.C. in Hudson County.
