The Firm has provided litigation counsel for death and serious personal injury claims arising from general aviation accidents and on-board injuries involving taxiing, turbulence, food carts and tripping hazards; and airport premises actions involving jet ways, wheelchairs, baggage, and dangerous walking conditions. In addition, our attorneys have advised airlines and insurers on legal precedents that affect an airline’s exposure and the insurer’s risk under both domestic and international liability government (e.g., Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention), represented domestic and foreign airlines in state and federal courts and administrative hearings involving damage and loss of aircraft and cargo, debt collection and subrogation and represented aviation-related clients before the FAA in administrative actions.
