Patrick J. Arre's practice
focuses in the areas
of
civil litigation, including insurance
indemnification and coverage issues, commercial
litigation and criminal defense.
Pat, who was admitted to practice in
1981, is one of a select group of attorneys in the State
with dual trial certification. He is Certified by the
Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial attorney
and a Criminal Trial attorney. There are only 47 attorneys
in the State of New Jersey who have attained dual
certification.
Ralph
Lamparello and Steven Menaker also have this
distinction.
Pat is also qualified as a mediator under New
Jersey Court Rule 1:40.
Besides attending to his present clients,
including United Water and Toys R Us, Pat heads the
Medical Malpractice and
Personal Injury Department.
